How to export logic from PCB editor?

Title says.

Is there anyway I can visually see the logic of a board file? I'm using a generated netlist to feed PCB editor but no design file. A pity to be sure that I can't export .brd into capture

Yes...there are several methods.  What style netlist do you want to see?  The "internal" version that Cadence has been using since it was Valid is the de-facto version used between both Concept and Capture.  However, try Export->Logic and the old school "Telesis" format which is ASCII is generated.
