unassigned nets

hello

is there a way to remove all unassigned nets at once from the design file?

i do know i can remove an unassigned net one by one.

but i would like to be able to remove them all at once like purging all unused padstacks.

    Hi,

    Please create a text file as below

    $nets

    $delete

    Net1

    Net2

    $end

    Then in pcb editor , select File-Import-logic and select the text file(which you have created to delete net).The unassigned nets will be deleted & check status for no of net deleted with previous brd.

    thank you for your reply.

    your method works.

    but in order to create a text file with the delete section, i would need to list up all the unassigned nets.

    i have over 100 unassigned nets in my design file.

    is there any way to list up all the unassigned nets?

    a net list report does not show unassigned nets.

    Hi,

    Go to Tools--quick report -- Net single pin and no pin report

    It will list out the unassigned nets in your design.
