Unable to place updated title block on Allegro that I updated on Capture

Hi,

We have multiple ORCAD Capture title blocks. The schematic I was working on had an outdated title block so I was able to place the new title block by clicking on Place --> Title block and choosing the one I need. So far so good, I save the schematic  and I created a netlist with the input file already had a finished BRD file. I open the BRD file with allegro and so far nothing seems to have changed. I click on Place --> components manually, then I choose format symbols and the title block that I need is not there. Any hints? Thank you.

Here, the desired title block appears in the design cache files:

This is how it appears when I place it, the highlighted one is the correct one:

When I try to place it , I go to place components manually , then format symbols , it's not there. I checked out all the other options just in case and it's not there either.

Any hints?
Thank you all.

Title Blocks are not parts that come over from Capture into Allegro.

You have to update the Title Block in Allegro separately.

You have to edit the Title Block similar to a footprint. The source file is a *.dra, but will compile as a *.osm.

Then in Allegro under "Place" pulldown menu, do an "Update Symbol". Title Blocks are under Other symbols.

Almost all of our drawings (Schematics and PCB drawings) share the same title block, so I am really surprised to hear that.

Are you saying I will have to edit shape (add lines , rectangles , etc.) to make it match what I have on capture?

So I am able to place one template which is real old and we don't use anymore (which seems like it came from Capture). Also this is an old file , on most of our new files I am able to place the title block automatically but for some reason I can't do it with this one
