how to convert PADS layout into ORCAD layout

hello friends,

I am using PADS 2005 spac2 (from the mentor graphics)...   i want to convert the PCB layout of PADS to the ORCAD 9.1 layout ...  when we are exporting tthe pads layout its asking for a format in ASCII.. but i dont know which format will ORCAD 9.1 support .. so please help for converting the pads to the orcad 9.1 format..

    The PADS to Layout translator supports PADS ascii upto version 2.1.
