Composite layers?

archive
archive over 18 years ago

Hello,
I'm using Allegro PCB Designer. I have problem making production files (Manufacture->Artwork  - makes .art files). When the factory which is going to make the PCBs opens these ART files they are composites (not single layer). The parameters for the art files are: Gerber RS274X, Leading Zeros, Format 3-Integer 5-Decimal places.
The only way I found to convert composite to layer is with another pcb design program.
Is it possible to do it from Allegro??

    Hi,
You can correct importing RS274X settings in CAM350 via File > Setup > Photoplotter > RS274X > "Convert Composite to Single Layer".
