Gen CAM OHIO Issue

archive
archive over 17 years ago

Hi,
On our online tool, I have requested for Gen CAM OHIO, which gives the following error:

Waiting for license manager to respond.
.
License manager timed out, clearing all licenses.
E- *Error* parseString: argument #1 should be either a string or a symbol (type template = "SS") - nil
E- Can't find window; form.gencamName

The version the tool supports is 15.7, and I am facing the problem on version 16.01 also.

Please suggest me any solution.

With Regards,
Prakash

    Charles / Prakash,

Hmm ... PTC refused my request, possibly because I was requesting to purchase a new license?

Sounds like it's still available, apologies if my post was misleading.

(Have 2 e-mails from PTC dated May 2007 informing me that the product has been EOL'd and is no longer supported - guess I'll reply and check if they've changed their position !!)
