Just installed 16.3 and pspice toolbar is all gray

I just installed capture and pspice 16.3. I am trying to run a simple pspice file which works but the whole "pspice toolbar" consisting of the run button, voltage and current probes, settings for simulation etc all all grayed out.

What do I need to dao after installtion to get my pspice toolbar active so I can run a simulation? Any help?
