how to make Pspice model with the txt file.

Hi, i need to make a Pspice part for simulation. the Maker company only gives this data.  its IRFL9014 Mosfet p channel from vishay.com

I made a model by model editor. 

getting errors. like

    From the supplied data it looks like the formatting of the file has been removed. Line formatting is critical to the functioning of the SPICE text models since the "columns", character positions, have fixed functions. For example, .SUBCKT denotes the start of the sub-circuit definition and the "." must be the first character on the line.
