TI components missing from PSPICE for TI

PaulGro

I have installed Pspice for TI to run a simulation for a TI part TLV9021.

This part and many others are missing from the library and when I tried importing them I have broken my Cadence Pspice.

It now reboots every time I try to open my design file.

Can the TI parts be added to the Pspice for TI ??

Is it the same as importing 3rd party devices ?

Most of the TI parts are already available with PSpice for TI installation.
If any part is not available and you have its model, you can just include configure the library and perform the simulation exactly like any 3rd party device.

Ok,  Thanks - I thought I was missing something.  Both of the components I wanted to use were missing and I thought only old obsolete components were visible.

Is this Pspice for TI a real project or am I actually supposed to be using it ??

It seems like a cruel Hoax meant to make fun of me !!

It crashes every 5 minutes - the instructions for adding third party components do not match reality. It has been a nightmare for the last few days.

The menu item for" Generate part" is greyed out in the Psipce for TI version -  I want to use a TI part but the license does not let be use any part other than the subset that are in the default library ( which of course does not include the TLV9022 part i want to use).

I have been able to run a TLV9022.opj project - but I can not save my changes.  And when I try to add anything to this project it reboots Cadence - and corrupts the file so that I can not open it again.

Seriously - I am genuuinely asking - Is this a real product.  I am prepared to try and struggle on - but It feels like a early Beta of an open source product and not something I should be using as a professional engineer.

Try a re-installation of the software.  The version I'm using now is 17.4-2023 S009 and it does contain the TLV9022 part in its library.

I have tried update libraries twice but I can not see a TLV9022.  I do see a TLV9002..
