When create new simulation files,it shows "cannot initialize profile"

When I simulated with cadence, I suddenly failed to create new simulation files. It was possible before.Because I used the tsmc 0.18um cmos process library, and the simulation kept reporting errors. I kept trying to modify, but the result suddenly failed to simulate.

For this error (ORCOMMN-2302): cannot initialize profile. Select File > Exit to close Capture and PSpice application (if running).
    b. Go to Windows Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE and selecting Task Manager.
    c. In Windows Task Manager, select Processes and click the Image name to sort the processes alphabetically.
    d. Kill the following processes in Task Manager

    o capture.exe
    o cdsMsgServer.exe
    o cdsNameServer.exe
    o MrkSrvr.exe
    o pspice.exe
    o pspiceexplorersrvr.exe
    o simmgr.exe
    o simsrvr.exe

Now open project in capture and see if you are able to create new sim profile or not?
