Unable to Upload Images

Dear all,

I have tried several times to upload an image from my simulation in order to post a question.

Unfortunately, this has not been possible so far. Each time, I receive a message advising me to contact the administrator.

Could you please let me know how to proceed or whom I should contact to resolve this issue?
