Convert S-parameter into TDR Waveforms

In 2022 Hotfix2 PowerSI/BNPViewer, user can convert S-parameter into TDR waveforms directly:

For each return loss curve, calculate TDR impedance based on the parameter in the TDR setting button:

S parameters showing the Return loss

Now the S parameters are converted to TDR Plots
