Cannot post new topics in any forum

Hi there

a colleague of mine (user is bernardi@marvell.com) is registered as a forum user but he can neither post post any new message nor reply to any existing thread.

In short, ne cannot see the blue button 'new' in the top right corner of community.cadence.com/.../30

please advice

    I am able to press POST button. But nothing happens

    It's possible that your profile is incomplete. Once logged in (the person's head icon at the top right of the page) is red, click the drop down and go to "Hi ..." and go to the profile page. Make sure that your screen name is filled in. You may then need to restart your browser and try again. If that doesn't work, let me know here and I'll get one of the forum support team to take a look.

    I've asked IT to investigate, but just checking the obvious things first - if you go to Forums and then click on one of the forum names (e.g. Custom IC Design) you should then see a big blue "New" button at the top to post a new topic. Is that not present?
