Single Sign On Error

Hi

I am trying to login to Cadence Learning Management System(LMS) but I get SSO Error as shown below.

	Single-Sign-On Error
An attempt to authenticate using Single-Sign-On has failed. Please contact your network administrator to resolve this malfunction.

I have a valid id and can access support.cadence.com and community.cadence.com. So not sure why this error happens?

Please look into this.

Dear DB,

This is a forum for questions, suggestions and feedback about the community forums. It is not for support nor for help with the learning management system. Nobody responsible for the LMS will be here, and I mainly follow this specific forum because 99% of the posts in this forum should be elsewhere so I redirect them.

For login issues, please follow the suggestion on the login page for lms:
