Display operating point

Hi, I am using CMOS 90nm technology in cadence and I just wonder how I can display the region of operation, gm, and id etc for my transistors. I tried the same steps that we used to do for cmosp18 technology in cadence but I couldn't succeed. Thanks. -Santosh

    Hi Santosh,

You might need to look at the cell level CDF for one or more of the cells in question (Tools -> CDF -> Edit from the CIW menus), and in particular look at the interpreted labels section to ensure that there are settings there, and that they seem appropriate.  You should be able to compare any settings with the previous cmosp18 technology.  You may need to refer back to your technology provider if things do not seem correct.  This is most likely to be a technology set up problem rather than a tool issue, especially since you stated that this worked before.

    Regards,

    Lawrence.
