FATAL (CMI-2010) : assertion failed in file 'param_shared.c' at line 2378

I am updating cadence from v5141 to v6.1.2. , spectre version is 6.2.0.420, PDK is IBM cmrf8sf version 1.6. When I am doing simulation using spectre I got following massage:

FATAL (CMI-2010) : assertion failed in file 'param_shared.c' at line 2378.

FATAL (SPECTRE-21): Assertion failed.

Any idea to solve this problem? Thanks a lot.

I am trying to plot Vth for various lengths in 180nm technology by varying the component parameter 'l' and doing dc analysis. I want to save the dc operating points and so I have defined a saveops.scs file and included it in the setup-->simulation files-->definition files. I am getting the following error. Do you know why I'm getting such an error ? Internal error found in spectre at l = 1e-06 during DC analysis `dc'. Please run `getSpectreFiles' or send the netlist, the spectre log file, the behavioral model files, and any other information that can help identify the problem to support@cadence.com.
FATAL (CMI-2007): Error detected in file `psp102.c' at line 23391.
    FATAL (SPECTRE-21): Assertion failed.
