FATAL (CMI-2010) : assertion failed in file 'param_shared.c' at line 2378

I am updating cadence from v5141 to v6.1.2. , spectre version is 6.2.0.420, PDK is IBM cmrf8sf version 1.6. When I am doing simulation using spectre I got following massage:

FATAL (CMI-2010) : assertion failed in file 'param_shared.c' at line 2378.

FATAL (SPECTRE-21): Assertion failed.

Any idea to solve this problem? Thanks a lot.

I couldn't find a report of this, so you might want to do what the error message suggests and contact customer support.

However, since you didn't mention the version you're using, I'd suggest you first try running with the latest MMSIM version (MMSIM15.1 or MMSIM14.1, the latest hot fixes of either) to see if this is something that's been fixed in a later release (and I've just not found a record of it).

    Regards,

    Andrew.
