a question about Abstract Generator

I use Abstract Generator to create abstract layouts for encounter to use. But I meet a problem that is when I press "pins" or "extract" button, a window pops up, but there is no "run","cancell" and "help" buttons in this window, so I can do nothing. It is strange. Who can help me to find the reason? Thank you all!

Hi, I tried to reshape the window and I can see the entire window but it still does not have these buttons. I doubt if this is caused by the layout files imported to Abstract Generator?
