Setting up section name while defining Library model

Hello,

Does anybody knows where to find right section name while setting up model library file in ADE? I get an error saying "failed to get the MPS handle" whilei try to simulate design in ADE. What is this MPS handle and how to resolve it?

Thanks,

Affaq

First of all you customized model files have to contain the sections, by clicking the “Edit” bottom in the Model Library Setup window of ADE to see which sections are available. Or just simply open the model files or look at any design guides if exist. Each PDK may differ in defining the model sections.
