Help me how to use the mapping file to change the cells from one library to other library. In CIW -> ****_tools->Rereference standard cells is there any extension for the map file. It will be helpful with explanation how it will work and how to use. Regards Sathisha

    Hi Sathisha,

I'm assuming that the "****" in your post was the name of a foundry or company? Whatever it was, this is some customisation to the tools and not a standard feature of Virtuoso.

So we can't really answer it - either you have to name the **** bit and hope that somebody else on the forum is familiar with that design kit or company customisation, or you ask the provider it came from.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
