How to assign "(De)Select Under Cursor" to a bindkey

I need help please.

I am using Virtuoso Layout Editor Version IC6.1.3  When I click "right mouse button" while mouse is pointing to an object/s inside layout window then lxHiMousePopUp() will be executed and will show choices in a pop up window.

One of the choice that I use so much is "(De)Select Under Cursor".

How can I assign "(De)Select Under Cursor" only to a bindkey so that when I press the bindkey then I can have a choice to select or deselect any objects under cursor?

    Hi Slim_Ant,

    That menu item is a dynamically built pop-up menu. As such, there's no function that would make any sense to call, because it needs to be a popup menu...

    A better alternative is to use the Dynamic Selection Assistant. Go to Window->Assistants->Dynamic Selection, and then the usual bindkey (as in <instDir>/tools/dfII/samples/local/leBindKeys.il) is for ctrl-H to freeze the selection under the cursor. It lists all the shapes under the cursor, and if frozen, you can move the cursor over to the  dynamic selection assistant and select (or deselect) the appropriate shapes.

    And you could then use F11 to toggle whether the assistant is shown or not.

    So perhaps that's a better solution?
