IC613 shared libraries

Hi all,

I've got cadence 613 installed in one server and working perfectly.

Since I want that some users use this I was thinking on mounting the disk over the network on some workstations and run locally the software.

I tried this and everything seems to work but when virtuoso starts it complains about it's shared libraries (the ones distributed with the software). I've tryed modifying LD_LIBRARY_PATH and /etc/ld.so.conf without success... it seems that virtuoso don't use this to find the path. Any Idea?

The errors look like this (sometimes it changes the library name);

 /data/soft/cadence/2009/IC613/tools.lnx86/dfII/bin/32bit/libSelect.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libcls_sh.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
/data/soft/cadence/2009/IC613/tools.lnx86/dfII/bin/32bit/libManagerOA.exe: error while loading shared libraries: liboaBase.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

The libraries it complains about are just at /data/soft/cadence/2009/IC613/tools.lnx86/lib/ or in /data/soft/cadence/2009/IC613/oa_v22.04.028/lib/linux_rhel30_gcc411_32/opt/ with the corresponding 64bit path...

    I'm assuming you're picking up virtuoso from <instDir>/tools/dfII/bin - and not bypassing the wrapper?

    Perhaps you could run "virtuoso -debug3264" and post the output here?

    Thanks,

    Andrew.
