ASSURA41-614: ERROR rcAddRegionTasks

Hello,

We recently upgraded one of our PDKs and had to switch from ASSURA32 to ASSURA41 for physical verification. I tried doing an LVS on one of my layouts and got the following error:

Compiling rules...

ERROR rcAddRegionTasks - Unexpected region task.
Please inform Cadence of this system error.

Any ideas on what could cause this before I open an SR?

I am using:

ASSURA41  av4.1:Production:dfII6.1.4:IC6.1.4.485

IC614  sub-version  IC6.1.4.500.2

Thanks,

Tarek

So the foundry has hinted that this is a tool problem not a rules file problem since they can reproduce the issue but not consistently. Has anyone experienced this and if so how was it resolved? I found that the rules file do still work with ASSURA32, is there any way to check if the rules file is truly qualified for ASSURA41?
