cadence 5 current simulation

StreamCX

1) I try simulate in ADE.Cadence 5.
When I select currents to plot output before simulations I can simulate that and view results (currents in schematic).
When I try add some pins to view current output after simulation, appears evaluate error.

How can I do current analysis?

Can i change this params (type current to voltage in picture or inversely)?

2) I can see currents only in nodes,

How can i see that in wires?

Go to ADE->Outputs->To be saved and select device terminal currents (I don't remember what it is exactly)

Obviously that does not working. Plot or save - same result.

I'm not sure what's so obvious since "to be saved" and "to be plotted" are two different menus. Post your input.scs so we can see what you did wrong.

I meant ADE->Outputs->Save All... and choose the results you want saved.

    save options

Plot or save - different, but result was same.

tkhan, thanks. That works. (post №5)

What's "selecr all"? And what does not working (sic)?

If you ask unclear,  vague, and badly written questions, you're extremely unlikely to get an answer to your problem, because all we can do is try to guess what it was you were trying to ask. And repeatedly doing this will minimize the chance of an answer even further, as it takes more effort on the part of a respondee to try to work out what your real problem is, and give (potentially) multiple different answers to your "question" in the hope that one of them might be what you wanted to know.

"Select all" means I check all in checkbox like in post  dated 05-22-2010 7:47 PM.

Answering next question: I can`t output currents after simulation again.

Post your input.scs. It is located in <path_to_simulation_results>/spectre/schematic/psf.

If you want to go overkill make a new model file with the following and include it in your simulation:

    save * sigtype=all

Correction: input.scs is located in <path_to_simulation_results>/spectre/schematic/netlist
