How to short small resistor for lvs purpose

 h, i have a small resistoe which dracula lvs (version 4.8) used to short its 2 nodes, but, now i am using dracula version 4,9 and no longer short them in lvs. what options i have. i am using ic5.41.

  • thanks for the reply, however, my circuit was lvs clean when i was using dracula 4.8. Now since, i am using 4.9 is no longer short the resistor. i found no matter how the value of RESI is, it just does not work. here is my header cards:

    *.BIPOLAR
    *.RESI = 0.005
    *.RESSIZE
    *.CAPVAL
    *.EQUATION
    *.LDD
    *.SCALE
    *.DIOAREA
    *.MEGA
    .PARAM

    something bugy in 4.9 dracula i think. BTW i am using IC5.41 and "lxRemoveDevice" property does not work for me.

    i use this on the resistor instance as follow:

     lxRemoveDevice

    Type: string

    Name: lxRemoveDevice

    Value: (SHORT(A B))
