Dear All,

I am using ic 5.1.41 for schematic and the associated virtuoso XL for layout drawing. I have a very simple question? how do I change the name of a net?

Thanks

Try using menus such as Connectivity->Check->Against Source and Connectivity->Update->Components and Nets to check/update your design rather than reinitialising from scratch.

You may just be best logging a service request via http://support.cadence.com and talking this through with an Application Engineer.

    Best Regards,

    Andrew.
