leHiEditProp()

Dear, Is it possible to have a function like the leHiEditProp() in cadence by skill code? Is there anyone else who can help me? Regards, Liahuro

    Hi Liahuro,

    Yes, but it depends on the object that you are trying to change.  For example, if it is a PCell then you would modify the pcell instance parameters.  If it is a shape, then you can modify the shape's database attribute(s). For example:

      ;; modify a shape's layer
      car(geGetSelectedSet())~>layerName
      => "metal1"
      car(geGetSelectedSet())~>layerName = "metal2"

    An example of changing instance origins is given in this recent post

    You will probably need to supply more detail for your question to be answered in more detail.
