LVS error

I am designing a simple inverter. After I layout my inverter, i extract it using divaEXT.
And then when i run LVS (divaLVS) i get an error saying:
"The LVS job has failed to run to completion, Examine si.out and si.log in the run directory for more information"

The contents of the si.log file is as shown:

Your key validation has failed.
The Cadence capability 'se' will not run until this problem is resolved.

 Please let me know what the problem might be.

    I think using layoutGXL might be the only workaround. It would be great if you can also report this to Cadence support so that it can be quickly fixed. Please highlight that you are experiencing the problem in CCR776148.

    When reporting a problem, please include the following information:
    terminal>virtuoso -W
