cadence IC problem

Hello!   I installed IC 5141_usr6(32bit) on the server (CENTOS 5.4(64bit))
when I logined in the software, the CIW windows had many Error messages like following texts

*Error* loadContext: could not open file - "/usr/cad/cadence/IC/cur/tools/SKILL06.30/context/skillCore.cxt"
*WARNING* (autoloads): skillCore.cxt was not loaded
Loading Skill files for skillCore
*Error* load: can't access file - "startup.il"
*Error* loadContext: could not open file - "/usr/cad/cadence/IC/cur/tools/SKILL06.30/context/skillCore.cxt"
*WARNING* (autoloads): skillCore.cxt was not loaded
*WARNING* (context init): failed to load context
*Error* eval: undefined function - defmacro
*Error* eval: undefined function - not
*Error* eval: undefined function - mpsExport
*Error* eval: undefined function - push
*Error* eval: undefined function - defPrereq

*WARNING* (loadContext): could not restore method, undefined generic printObject standardObject

*Error* arrayref: can't handle nil["sim-env:simulator-started"]
*Error* arrayref: can't handle nil["sim-env:start-sim-session"]

*Error* arrayref: can't handle nil["sim-env:simulation-complete"]
*Error* arrayref: can't handle nil["sim-env:simulation-requested"]

etc...the same Error messages  repeat again and again
END OF SITE CUSTOMIZATION

How should I modify this problem?

    I found a couple of references to that message. It wasn't clear in either case where it came from (it didn't seem to be anything to do with creating a library) - certainly wasn't reproducable at Cadence.

    Does it actually stop the library being created? If so, is the directory where you're trying to create the library writable?
