about assura error

Hi~all
I met a problem about Assura recently.
I installed Assura 3.17 with IC 5141_USR6 on CENTOS 5.3 x86_64.
When I want to execute DRC with Assura, it will show the DRC failed
the logfile said that "/usr/cad/cadence/ASSURA/cur/tools/assura/bin/32bit/assura: error while loading shared libraries: libm.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

I had searched some information on the internet, but I can't get the correct method to solve this problem.
Someone advised me try to use another version of centos like centos 4.6.
But I don't really want to reinstall the OS again!
Does anyone have some better detailed solution ?
Best regard

    Hi CCH01

Only Assura3.2 and above will work on rhel5. So your easier alternative is to download and install the latest version of Assura (Assura410-018). : )
