Problem with Simulation

I have tried several times but the result is the same with following problems. If anyone has answers, please reply me. Thanks.

Using new Spectre Parser.

Error found by spectre in `_sub0', during circuit read-in.

    ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 18: M7 is an instance of an undefined model NMOS_VTG.
    ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 19: M5 is an instance of an undefined model NMOS_VTG.
    ERROR (SFE-23): "input.scs" 20: M9 is an instance of an undefined model NMOS_VTG.

    I know it has been 5 years since you asked the question. 

    Maybe you already fixed this problem.

    However, because I met this problem in the earlier time.

    So I share the way I fixed it with you.

    You see. It's basically the same error.

    Here is the way I fixed it.

    You go to the "Analog Design Environment" window and click "Setup".

    Then "Model libraries".

    If the largest row is empty, follow the steps below.

    1.Click "Property".

    2.Click every element, source, symbol one by one in you schematic, then click "Ok" in the "Edit Object Properties" window.

    3.Go to the "Model libraries" again. It's not empty anymore!

    4.Continue your simulation.

    But I am not sure this way is temporary or permanent.
