Setup for a contact

J Wilwert

Hi,

I would like to be able to set parameters for the leHiCreateContact() command. Can I use skill to write/modify a file for this?

I am using Cadence Virtuoso 5.41.

Thanks,

John Wilwert

    Hi John,

Your question is a bit vague, so I'll guess at two possible answers. If you're wanting a procedural way of creating a contact in IC5141, you can use leCreateContact (rather than the "Human Interface" version of the function). If you're wanting to alter the contacts that are placed, that's a matter of defining them in the tech file, and maybe writing a pcell.

If neither of these answers the question  you meant to ask, please give sufficient details so that we can understand what your objective is.

    Thanks,

    Andrew.
