Can photogate/photodiode be implemented in cadence 1.6

I am working on a CMOS image sensor based project which involve using photogate or photodiode as the key element(along with other analog amplifiers) My university Lab has installed cadence 1.6 and i am new to it. Please tell me if the said devices are included in the gpdk180 library or if not what can be the options to implement them.

Thanks for your reply Marc. I am curious to know how CMOS image sensor design firms(like aptina, canon, ST) develop their designs. Can i design a full custom cell of say a Photogate and use it at higher abstraction. Regards, Animesh
