cadence spectre delay problem

Hello all,

When i'm trying to simulate my circuits with Spectre it sticks for a couple of minutes after the last four lines of the image i upload and then continues and finishes successfully the simulation. The problem is that it costs me a lot of time to wait for repeating simulations and i need a solution for this.

I am using the following versions :

Virtuoso sub-version  IC6.1.4-64b.500.6

SPECTRE sub-version  7.2.0.109
CentOS 5.5 64-bit

I should note that the problem exists for older versions of Virtuoso (e.g. : IC6.1.3) as well.In addition i am using the option "Turbo" under High-Performance Simulation menu of ADE L and i am saving the results of the simulations locally, that is in a directory of the local hard-disk and not at the hard-disk of the server that cadence is installed (we use a unique installation of Cadence in our lab and we use NFS to share it with all other workstations and the users are loaded via NIS/Yellow Pages).

If you need more info to come to a conclusion ask me to provide it.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Best Regards,

Jimito13
