infotimes?

 hi,

   does anybody use "infotimes" to extract certain time point infomation in transient simulation, for example, i want to know the Cgs in the time "10u 20u 30u" , but whatever i have done,it did not pop-up a form but a results display window, have you met this problem? by the way, i use cadence ic5141 and spectre simulator. refer to this example

    Hi Zfeng,

    I am not sure which form are you talking about but when you -

    1. Specify the times in infotimes tab in Transient Analysis Options in ADE and

    2. Run the simulation

    3. Then you do "ADE>Result>Print>Transient Operating Points" and the Results Display Window pops up,

    4. You now need to select the instance on the schematic to get the required operating info for that device.

     

    Now as far as the post you are referring is concerned it also asks you to do ac analyses at the specific timepoints using acnames and actimes. You then need to use the formula mentioned over there to determine Cgs at those timepoints.
