 hi,

does anybody use "infotimes" to extract certain time point infomation in transient simulation, for example, i want to know the Cgs in the time "10u 20u 30u" , but whatever i have done,it did not pop-up a form but a results display window, have you met this problem? by the way, i use cadence ic5141 and spectre simulator. refer to this example

regards,

zfeng

     hi,

yes, you got my question exactly, and i have tried as you mendtioned above, yes,  i got some "results" indeed. but i still can't get some information such as shown on anasimhelp p505(cadence manual), so could you please check it in your design environment? and by the way, may i ask you a question about "betaeff" in mosfet parameters, what does it mean?

    thanks,

    zfeng
