infotimes?

 hi,

   does anybody use "infotimes" to extract certain time point infomation in transient simulation, for example, i want to know the Cgs in the time "10u 20u 30u" , but whatever i have done,it did not pop-up a form but a results display window, have you met this problem? by the way, i use cadence ic5141 and spectre simulator. refer to this example

     Hi Ashish,

        i have done like you talked above, and yes, i got a capacitance table in different time point, but this appears in the output log file not a "form". it will be very  appreciated if you could talk something about how to monitor/observe the mosfet operation region changing? now, i just know check it by looking through the final information, we can only know the last operation state of mosfet by the results browser. any advice and post will be grately welcome.
