Digital vector stimulus outputs incorrect expected values in the waveform dump

I was running the ultrasim vector stimuls check for one of our design. I found that for some reason, the expected values in the waveform are shifted by one tunit.  

I updated the ultrasim version from 7.1 to 10.1 but still the issue is not resolved. I would like to file this as bug. I have attached the waveform for your deep analysis.
The expected values are out of sync against the clock but comes in sync after some times(After the time cursor). However, when looking at the text file for the expected values, they should have aligned perfectly with the clock signal

    That's not the hostid (just the port and machine your license server runs on that). Why did you post that?
