 Please any one tell me What is the meaning for expanded devices in LVS Window.

    In that case I assume you're talking about Expanded Cells? If Assura cannot match at a particular level of hierarchy, it will expand that cell and try to match at the level above and so on - this may be necessary if the layout hierarchy does not match the schematic hierarchy.

    That's covered in the Assura Physical Verification User Guide - if that's not it, maybe you can post a picture to illustrate what you're asking?
