error when running parametric simulations

 Hello,

I am using Cadence Virtuoso 6.1.3 and keep getting this error when trying to run a parametric (series of transient sims):

 ERROR (ADE-5759):

("renameFile" 2 t nil ("*Error* renameFile: invalid argument"))

 Thanks.

I can only find similar errors in older versions (e.g. older IC5141 versions) - and in that case it was solved my moving to a newer hotfix.

IC613 is not supported any more - you should see if the problem can be reproduced in IC615 (it's quite possible the same fix that was applied in IC5141 has been applied a later version), and if it can, please log a service request with Customer Support.

    Regards,

    Andrew.
