Finding/Changing hilight layers in IC6.1.5.500.9

How does one find/change the hilight layers used in the various tools/browsers in 6.1 in the layer palette?

As an example, I'd like the change the line width for the layers used in the Annotation browser to make

the  line width bold so it's easier to find with old eyes...

Thanks in advance!

     Hi Lawrence,

Thanks, that's an approach I hadn't used but is very similar to how I'v approached this problem before... what I'd REALLY like to see is some place with a definitive answer for what browsers use which layers.  In the process I'm using, there must be 100 to 150 layers defined and I really don't have the time to search the layer palette, change the layer, then see if the highlight changed...

There must be a better way, but thanks for the reply!  I'll keep searching and if I come up with something new I'll post it here...
