Finding/Changing hilight layers in IC6.1.5.500.9

How does one find/change the hilight layers used in the various tools/browsers in 6.1 in the layer palette?

As an example, I'd like the change the line width for the layers used in the Annotation browser to make

the  line width bold so it's easier to find with old eyes...

Thanks in advance!

Please don't ask me to explain "why" as I have no clue yet, but I was able to find/change the hilite layers used in the Annotation Browser by:

I looked at the defined techfiles in my library browser.  I then used the tool Technology File Manager to dump every defined library into a directory of dumped file.  Looking at the layer descriptions in the Annotation Browser I saw the layers were similarly named "hiliteX"   Grep was applied to all the files to look for "hilite" and I found hilite drawing5 defined in the avTech file.  A quick change of that layer in the DRM and I was able to visually verify the change.

Again, there HAS to be a better way but maybe this will help someone find/change that layer that's bugging them... ;)
