Virtuoso installation questions

Hi All,

I am beginner of using Cadence tools and currently I have some difficulties when installing Virtuoso. I am trying to install Virtuoso 6.1.0_Base on Linux machine Red-Hat Enterprise 5.

Configuration script (/share/license/configure) runs normally. When I am starting Virtuoso I get following errors:

/tools/cadence/IC/6.1.0/tools/dfII/bin/32bit/virtuoso.exe: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.9' not found (required by /tools/cadence/IC/6.1.0/share/oa/lib/linux_rhel40_gcc44x_32/opt/liboaPlugIn.so)

/tools/cadence/IC/6.1.0/tools/dfII/bin/32bit/virtuoso.exe: /tools/cadence/IC/6.1.0/tools/lib/libgcc_s.so.1: version `GCC_4.2.0' not found (required by /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6)

 

I assume that something wrong with LD_LIBRARY_PATH env variable, although I set it to installed package’s /tools/lib folder.

Can someone help me, what I am doing wrong with virtuoso installation?
