Assura QRC fail

Hello

I have designed a differential amplifier, coded the schematics, finished the layout, completed DRC, executed LVS successfully

But when i  try to extract the layout using Assura QRC, It fails every time. I have attached the log file

What i understand is it consumes all the disk space ( i tried with bigger disks, but no help)

Please advise

Thanks in advance

Warm regards

Aravind

    Hi Aravind

It looks like your 64bits qrc913-p003 has failed during mosfet diffusion
resistance extraction with the following errors:

INFO (TIDENT-143055):      258 transistors all together
Output 414 Regions for INFO (INTER-122004): Interact
    write failed: Input/output error
ERROR (LBMISC-215352): write error on file rcx_temp/bdcoutljc3Sp
    ERROR (REX-163152): /EXT91/tools.lnx86/extraction/bin/64bit//inter failed with status 255
    ERROR (REX-163152): /EXT91/tools.lnx86/extraction/bin/64bit//rex failed with status 255

Would you please try the following to see if it helps?
    a. Newer version of qrc (e.g. 11.1.1)
    b. Disable diffusion resistance extraction in the "Setup" tab of QRC form

    Best regards
    Quek
