Problems importing a CDL with resistors and diodes

Hi,

I  am trying to import a CDL with mos transistors, resistors and diodes. I have no problems with the mos transistors but both resistors and diodes are not imported. I cannot find the mistake. I see somethig different for the RD resistors in the netlist (there are no W,L) but none of the passive components are imported and others seem to be "normal".

 I have added the following lines to the netlist in order to import the passive components.

PARAM
*.BIPOLAR
*.RESVAL
*.CAPVAL
*.DIOAREA
*.SCALE METER

The section of the netlist containing the passive componets is:

D51     VSS     I       DN  250.0000F 2.0000U

D59     VSS     OEN     DN  250.0000F 2.0000U

R21     U29_r1 PAD     302.2790 $[RE]  W=4U L=2.5U

R22     U29_pa U29_U72_r1 302.2790 $[RE]  W=4U L=2.5U

R37     U29_r1 VSSO    4.89148K $[RW]  W=2.1U L=8.65U

RM19   net_m19   VDDO   1180.0000 $[RD]

RM20   net_m20   VSSO   1180.0000 $[RD]

RM38   net_m38   VDDO   1180.0000 $[RD]

RM39   net_m39   VSSO   1180.0000 $[RD]

RM66   net_m66   VDDO   1180.0000 $[RD]

RM67   net_m67   VSSO   1180.0000 $[RD]

The mapfile is:

 devMap := diode ndio

propMatch := subtype DN

devMap := resistor rpoly2

propMatch := subtype RE

devMap := resistor rnwell

propMatch := subtype RW

devMap := resistor rpoly1

propMatch := subtype RD

     Finally I think I managed to import the netlist but now I have aproblem with the size of the transistors.

    In the netlist the witdh and legth is given in meters (i.e. w=5.2u) while in the schematic I have to put them in um (w=5.2).

    I have tried removing the 'u' from the netlist. It works but it seems to be a limitation in the cdlin and I can only import transistors with the width lower than 2.1. Over that value the importe width is 0.

    Is there a way to remove this limitation? or do you now a better way to do the importing process? A method to multiply the dimensions of all the transistors by 1e6 in the schematic could be a solution (only transistors and resistors but not fot the diodes).

     Thanks.
