Saving simulation data for later use by running AMS

Hello,

 

Is it possitble to save data for later use by running AMS ? 

I know savetime can be used in spectre.

    Richard,

    That's exactly what the save/restart is for in AMS.

    In cdnshelp (make sure it's picking up the documentation from the INCISIV stream you're using - if not, use Edit->Settings->Library and add the path to the INCISIV111/doc dir, or make sure that you pick cdnshelp from the INCISIV111/tools/bin dir (for example)), expand Incisive Enterprise Simulator, and then expand Analog Mixed-Signal Simulation. Select Virtuoso AMS Designer Simulator User Guide, and then in the search enable "Selected items" and search for restart.

    Or just search for the word restart in <INCISIVrootDir>/doc/amssimug/amssimug.pdf
