How to run Spectre from Schematic Editor

Hello,

It seems, that Analog Env. interface changed in IC615 comparing to IC5141.

I tried to run simple analog simulation (please see the pict. in attachment).

I did following actions:

  1.  Launch/Simulation/Spectre
  2. Spectre/Initialize

And then what should I do to set simulation options (type of analisys, output signals, etc.) and ru simulation ?

I tried to find concerned information in the Virtuoso Schematic Editor Spectre and  Ultrasim Interface User Guide, but without success.

Thanks in advance.

Pavel.

     Thanks Andrew,

Yes, it's exactly what I meant. But it seems, that I have no Spectre in my package. Here is  CIW output when I tried to run simulation:

ERROR (ADE-3023): Unable to locate spectre executable in the specified path. Ensure that

the executable is present in the path or to set the correct path, use

the setShellEnvVar() in Command Interpreter Window (CIW)

Before Spectre were part of IC package, but it seems it's not the case for IC615. Do I need to have mmsim in order to run simulations.

    Regards,
    Pavel.
