2011 Models for TSMC RF90NM

Anyone know why I would be getting these errors when changing from 2006 Models to 2011 Models?

ERROR (SFE-2): "input.scs" 83: `I2.M9': Attempt to override value of inherited parameter `rgflag' when instantiating a subcircuit.
Warning from spectre in `x:`I2', during hierarchy flattening.

ERROR .......value of inherited parameter `wpeflag' when instantiating a subcircuit

Thanks,

Justin

Can you log this as a service request? Unless we can see precisely how you're including the models, and precisely which version of the model files you're using, there's very little we can do to help. That's not really something you can give in an open forum, because you're probably revealing TSMC's IP, which they are not likely to be very happy about...
