setenv LBS_CLUSTER_MANAGER

Does anyone know how to set LBS_CLUSTER_MANAGER environment varaible?

     Next issue is 

     ERROR (219): The script failed to detect the OS type of "hostname"

     .....make sure the following command is running without problem

     ../../../tools/dfII/bin/cdsDPrsh.

     How can I make sure it is running?
