Connectivity Driven Layout

Hello,

Could anyone guide me how to turn-off the Connectivity Driven Layout option in my Cadence IC 6.15 virtuoso tool? I would like to be able to turn it off and on when required.

  •  Sorry, what I meant was that while using Layout XL, can I switch off the connectivity driven layout options (such as the layout shows the dotted connection lines between device) after using generate devices options.I do get your advice regarding using Layout L ana Layout XL.
